O sorteio para a venda de 560 lotes de terrenos do Kilamba por 54.986 candidatos, promovido pela Empresa Gestora de Terrenos Infraestruturados (EGTI), foi hoje realizado em Luanda e transmitido em directo na Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA).
OS potenciais candidatos à compra inscreveram-se de forma presencial e pela internet para a compra dos terrenos, tendo a inscrição sido validada com a recepção de um código de confirmação da candidatura.
Tal como ocorreu com da venda de casas do Zango 5, foi utilizada uma plataforma informática cujo software escolheu aleatoriamente o código do candidato sorteado em função da especificidade da tipologia de terreno solicitada.
Os 54.986 candidatos habilitados concorreram a uma das seis tipologias existentes: 41.265 para Habitação Unifamiliar, 6.628 para Habitação Multifamiliar, 925 para Cultura/Lazer e Serviços, 5.251 para Comércio, 566 para Ensino e 351 para Saúde.
Os 560 lotes, distribuídos pelas seis tipologias, foram sorteados de forma individualizada, sendo os candidatos seleccionados e distribuídos em função da tipologia do lote para que concorreram.
Estavam reservados 468 lotes para Habitação Unifamiliar (vivendas), 61 para Habitação Multifamiliar (edifícios de até 5 pisos), 7 para Ensino, 5 para Saúde, 8 para Comércio e 11 para Cultura/Lazer/Serviços, refere o regulamento.
Em cada um dos sorteios, o software gerou uma lista de vencedores com uma precedência, que será utilizada na eventualidade da desistência de candidatos.
A lista de apurados contendo apenas o código de candidatura será publicada no site da EGTI e no “Jornal de Angola”.
Há quem considere que a entrega da construção aos compradores apurados no sorteio, estabelecendo a EGTI apenas os modelos arquitectónicos, irá desfigurar o ordenamento urbanístico da cidade do Kilamba e agravar o caos urbanístico na capital do país, já que anteriores projectos do género falharam completamente.
